Since 1983 I’ve been immersed in the world of real estate. My history coming in to this industry I love, was in banking and lending along with owning and managing several investment properties. As my love for it continued to grow I realized my long time goal of opening my own brokerage in 2004. A place where the atmosphere had a strong since of community and helping each other. I am proud to have an independent brokerage, that promotes growth through mentoring, encourages a team atmosphere by bringing in agents that truly enjoy Portland, people, houses and each other. We have grown to a team of 29 Brokers, who are fully focused on Real Estate and are passionate about helping people reach their real estate goals. Digs is located in the Happy Valley community.
For many years now, I’ve had a unique perspective on this industry while working as an instructor at both local colleges, teaching Real Estate. It’s an incredible opportunity to teach what I love at Mount Hood Community College and Clackamas Community College. Being able to mix my love for real estate and my love for teaching. I’ve helped hundreds upon hundreds of students learn about the real world of real estate and licensing exam prep.
On a personal note, my husband Steve and I have been together for 42 years. We met in Mrs. Nogles 5th-grade class at a little Christian school in Boring Oregon and now live on a small llama farm in the beautiful countryside of Oregon City.

My family's experience working with Sondra and Tricia to sell their home was excellent. It was difficult for my parents to say goodbye to their home as they transitioned into an assisted living community and the Oregon Digs team did a great job making that as easy as possible.
